What is OBOS?

OBOS, Norway's largest housing developer, sets its own climate requirements on the projects it builds, with reduction targets on the materials account and reporting at defined milestones.

The requirement sits on top of TEK17 rather than replacing it, so the two reports should come from one calculation.
