Meet the Grønn Byggallianse and NR17 as they present the work the project group has developed: a new process model for tenant adaptations. The goal is a better process for all involved parties and the climate!

For property actors, brokers, and developers, we will share concrete insight into how this process can also provide reduced risk during tenant turnover through solid climate documentation and perhaps a competitive advantage in a market with increasing ESG requirements.

  • As a key advisor at DNB, Magnus provides direct insight into bank financing and risk. He clarifies the current requirements for securing capital and maintaining favorable green loan terms in today's market.

  • Reidun and Thea will present a draft of a new collaboration model for the tenant process, developed in cooperation with key actors in the property industry. The goal is to change the current process to enable reuse during tenant adaptations.
